Refund Policy

The Cumberland Girls Football Club (CGFC) understands that unexpected situations may arise that require a player to withdraw from the program. Therefore, we have established the following refund policy:

Refunds will be based on the percentage of the season completed as follows:

1. If a player withdraws before the start of practices or tryouts, they will receive a full refund of their club fees;
2. If a player withdraws after practices or tryouts have started but before the first game of the season, they will receive a refund of 75% of their club fees;
3. If a player withdraws after the first game, there will be no refund given.

Refund Processing

Please note that refunds will not be issued until:

a) All provided equipment (e.g., helmets, shoulder pads) has been returned in good condition;
b) Any outstanding balance (net of refund) on the player's account is paid in full.

Refund Exceptions

Please note that no refunds will be issued for:

a) Any equipment or uniform purchases made by the player or their parents/guardians;
b) Any Football Ontario or Football Canada registration fees, which may have been charged at the time of enrollment.

Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please contact the CGFC Treasurer, who will provide you with the necessary forms to fill out. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receipt of the completed refund request form.
